Aptella is looking for a Field Services Coordinator to join their team based in their Silverwater office.

The Field Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the Field Technical Services Team in the NSW Region. This role ensures smooth communication between the field team and customers, manages daily field service activities, and provides administrative support to the field service team. You’ll be the ‘go-to’ contact for field service staff and customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the field service team, manage schedules, and ensure optimum efficiency.
Assist with incoming calls, provide technical support, and liaise with customers.
Manage site-specific inductions and all related paperwork.
Support internal teams with technical resources, product demos, and customer solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintain service records, handle invoicing, and manage customer warranties.
Identify hazards, report incidents, and promote workplace health and safety.
About You:

Experience working within the mining sector, including adherence to onsite conditions.
Strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and electronic documentation skills.
Experience with survey, machine control, auto electrical, or design/engineering is highly desirable.
Open driver’s license (car), construction white card.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build and manage strong relationships with customers and team members.
A desire to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively under time and condition pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
