• Be accountable, accessible, approachable and responsive to represent HR as an enabling function
• Be the trusted spoc for employees through the complete employee life cycle. Engage in regular 1-o-1s, formal/ informal connects/ retention conversations/ exit interviews to understand the pulse, take feedback and work with leaders to enhance employee experience, performance and talent retention
• Be a custodian of processes and policies which are relevant to the business and employee requirements, create a balance between employee experience and spents.
• Manage, create and implement sustainable people practices to support of a culture of attracting and retaining the best in class talent. Focus on continuous improvement in people practices and create internal and external benchmarks
• Manage the performance management process and recognition and growth opportunities for employees
• Own the learning journeys (TNI to delivery) of employees for holistic development in the functional and behavioural capabilities.
• Work in a boundaryless manner to support FA's focus to continue to be a Great Place to Work

Who We're Looking For
• Full-time MBA in HR with minimum 5 plus years of experience in HR roles
• Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Experience in automation and project management
• Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethics
• Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to constantly engage with people with empathy
• Capability to work independently yet seamlessly in a team
• Good at analyzing data to support the decision - making process
• Driven by sense of ownership and goal-orientation
