Finance Manager

Job Description: Manager for Jaipur Factory

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our finance team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to control the finance operations for the factory based in Jaipur including Plant accounting, Inventory control, tax compliances, to ensure effective internal control across the plant operations, capex management, Plant overhead analysis and MIS reporting.

To qualify for the role candidate must have
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and CA /CA Inter, with an experience of 3+ years
• Experience in manufacturing environment is essential
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Solid knowledge of Inventory and capex management.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks

Role description:

1. Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the local operations.

2. To build an effective control across the production operations, including material movement, production booking, scarp management and cycle count

3. To keep a track on Labour cost, consumable, scrap booking, operational expenses to optimize the overall P&L.

4. Assist in month end closing and analyse inventory valuation and obsolescence monitoring.

5. To prepare the plant budget and maintain the independent P&L for plant operations and provide the relevant MIS reporting to management

6. Maintain Fixed asset register and ensure time to time verification of the same.

7. Responsible for implementing and monitoring the financial and internal controls.

8. Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing reconciliations, supporting documentation, and explanations as required.

+. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

10. Continuously evaluate existing reconciliation processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined and efficient procedures.

11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and maintain positive working relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
