We are seeking a skilled Finishing Engineer to join our Real Estate team in India. The ideal candidate should have 8-16 years of experience in the job market context of India and be able to oversee the completion of all finishing works in our real estate projects.
Responsibilities
Oversight of all finishing works in our real estate projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Coordination with the project team to ensure all finishing works are completed on time and within budget.
Management and supervision of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
Compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.
Regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
8-16 years of experience in finishing works for real estate projects in India.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards in India.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
