This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Manager located in Nakodar, India. The Food Production Manager will oversee production processes, manage staff, and ensure efficient production planning and adherence to quality standards. This role involves supervising team activities, maintaining food safety and operational protocols, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth production workflows. The individual will collaborate with various departments to optimize production efficiencies and maintain product excellence.

Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage production teams and ensure adherence to schedules.
Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to streamline operational processes.
Experience in Food Service and knowledge of Food & Beverage production.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations, including knowledge of ISO 22000 and USFDA compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
