job overview: As a Freelance Event Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the events team to deliver high-impact corporate events. This role requires you to manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring the smooth execution of events ranging from 200-300 attendees. The contract begins in September and spans over two months, offering the flexibility of hybrid working while being office-based in Wandsworth twice a week.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the events team in the delivery of corporate events, including project management, supplier coordination, and speaker briefings.
Managing guest acquisition and liaising with attendees.
Providing on-the-ground support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Working across 4-5 clients and managing up to 10 events during the contract period.
Here Are The Skills You'll Need
Approximately 3-4 years of experience in corporate event management.
Strong Organisational Skills With Proven Project Management Experience.
Experience in client liaison and excellent communication skills, particularly in writing.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Work Permissions
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
