Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking creative and motivated Freelance Marketing and Social Media Specialists to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and driving brand engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet brand objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user inquiries.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing or social media management (freelance or in-house).
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms, including scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a flair for creating compelling content.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Previous freelance experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
