Key responsibilities
• Assist senior orthopedic surgeons in surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
• Participate in patient consultations and examinations
• Monitor and manage patient treatment plans
• Assist in the interpretation of diagnostic tests
• Provide support in orthopedic trauma cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards
• Contribute to patient education and rehabilitation programs
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of medical records

Required Qualifications
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Completion of internship and residency in orthopedic surgery
• Valid medical license and registration
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
