We are looking for someone special to join our team and it might be you! (or someone you know.... pass it along!)
About this position:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, committed, honest and doesn’t mind a chat with their colleagues.
This position is suited to you if you’re available to work full time. We will consider part time for the right person, so still apply if you think you would be able to job share with someone who is also keen on part time work. Throw your hat in the ring - you never know!
This position would be ideal for you if you:
Have been working in administration, but are looking for a change, or…
Enjoy working in a customer service role and have experience interacting with others
Have good computer skills (Microsoft software including outlook and excel/word)
Exceptional time management skills
Able to work well independently and in a team
This position would be a great match for you if:
You are looking for a career that allows you to grow long term.
You are comfortable following established systems and procedures.
You thrive in a dynamic environment.
You are good at data entry, writing emails and formatting word documents.
You don’t mind talking on the phone. You are happy to handle inbound and outbound calls to our wonderful clients & referrers.
You are welcoming and friendly and will love greeting all families into our clinic.
You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you are happy to help out in a multitude of areas to help grow our business.
You are thorough, organised and not shy to ask questions.
You can prioritise and have excellent time management skills.
We are looking for someone to mentor and train; who also wants to grow. In return we promise a workplace that will help each individual to grow towards their career goals as well as care and support you. In short, we are a determined and driven team when it comes to providing services to our clients, but we also know how to have fun.
