Our Client has appointed us to identify and hire a Front Desk Executive

Salary range: Up to INR 2.7 LPA LPA
Location: Khar West, Mumbai(on-site)
Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic
Offer tea/coffee and ensure guest comfort
Provide shoe covers and ensure hygiene protocol is followed
Take down patient details, including address, referral source, and reason for visit
Escort patients to their assigned treatment rooms in an orderly, timely manner
Ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled before the patient leaves
Maintain a real-time entry on Google Sheets to monitor patient flow and reduce wait time
Mark and update no-shows/cancellations in the follow-up records
Coordinate with the clinical team to avoid overlaps or delays
Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Patient Greeting & Hospitality: Patients to be greeted upon arrival and offered tea/coffee.
Data Accuracy & Scheduling: Patient records (including referral, reason for visit, and contact details) to be accurately entered into the system upon arrival, and follow-up appointments to be scheduled before the patient leaves.
Real-Time Coordination & Flow Management: Google Sheets to be updated in real-time, aiming to keep the average patient wait time less by coordinating proactively with the clinical team.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum HSC or a graduate.
Fluent in English and Hindi; polite and soft-spoken
Presentable, well-groomed, and calm under pressure
Good with Google Sheets and basic computer tasks
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Prior 1–3 years of experience in a clinic, wellness center, or hospitality industry is an advantage
