Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.

• Collaborate with medical staff to schedule appointments, coordinate treatments, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

• Process billing, payments, and insurance-related transactions with precision and attention to detail.

• Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and inviting, reflecting positively on our organization's image.

• Foster strong relationships with colleagues from various departments, promoting a harmonious work environment and efficient workflow.

• Offer clear information about our services, policies, and procedures to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Resolve patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.

• Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

• Familiarity with scheduling software, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant tools.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information discreetly.

• Warm and caring approach to supporting patients during their treatment journey.
