Responsibilities
The Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for collecting data, maintaining records and entering and updating information within the company’s ERP system
This role will also greet walk-in customers, answer and direct all phone traffic on a multi-line phone system
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
Answer and transfer calls on a mutli-line phone system
Provide information to callers
Enter data into company spreadsheets and/or ERP system
Identify and correct data entry errors
Scan and organize documents for filing purposes
Other duties as assigned
