Duties/Responsibilities:
· As a Front Office Executive, you would be responsible for handling inquiries from visitors.
· This will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, or interacting with individuals who approach the front desk.
· Provide information, address queries, and guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
· Welcome walk-in visitors, inquire about the purpose of their visit, and assist them accordingly.
· Provide general information, guiding them to the relevant departments, or scheduling appointments if required.
· Maintaining records of calls and walk-ins is crucial for effective organization
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge about the School and its faculty.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred, preferably from the university.
Two years of related work experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
