Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors: Provide a positive first impression and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Manage phone calls: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
Schedule appointments and meetings: Maintain calendars and ensure timely booking of meetings and appointments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area: Ensure the reception area is clean, well-stocked with necessary materials, and presentable.
Handle basic administrative tasks: Assist with tasks like filing, photocopying, faxing, and preparing documents.
Provide information: Answer questions and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Handle mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Support other departments: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as travel arrangements or ordering supplies.
Maintain office security: Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks, and issue visitor badges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹+,112.36 - ₹26,58+.30 per month
