Front Office Manager-Remote Northern Territory
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for this busy property located in remote Northern Territory.
As the first point of contact for guest arrivals, this role would suit someone with an engaging personality with a willingness to assist in other departments who loves interacting with guests from all walks of life.
Ideally you will have previous resort or hotel experience with excellent knowledge of arrivals, departures and reservations.
This role requires a long term commitment and would suit a candidate with strong experience who enjoys working hands on, who is highly organised and enjoys offering excellence in customer service.
Package:
Casual Role
$33.+6 Monday-Friday
$40.76 Saturday
$47.55 Sunday
$67.+3 Public Holidays
Accommodation & Meals Provided
Own Room with own facilities
Duties:
Day to day front and back-office work
Manning reception - check-ins / outs, posting to accounts, reservations etc
Invoicing
Assisting with Accounts Receivable
Assisting with Accounts Payable
General Administration work
Group Reservations
Handle general guest enquiries
Assist across other departments such as retail if required
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience with PMS & accounting systems
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be willing to make a minimum 12-month commitment
Additional Information:
Telstra Mobile Coverage Only available onsite
Access Via Sealed Roads or Bus
Work available for a partner / couples welcome to apply
