Description
We are accepting resumes for a Front Office Receptionist. The position requires a friendly and courteous person with excellent communication skills.
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the rectory office.
This role involves interacting with parishioners, visitors, parents, faculty, staff, volunteers and performing various clerical tasks in support of our administrative team.
Applicants are required to be a practicing Catholic in good standing and supportive of the mission and vision of St. Pancratius Parish.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education or certification in office administration, is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Doc, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with office equipment (e.
g., scanners, printers)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy front office environment
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized office area
• Coordinate and schedule funerals, sick calls
• Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks, including data entry and filing

• Maintain confidentiality of records and information
