The Role
This temporary position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the visitor experience and maintaining a professional welcome for clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle reception duties, including answering phones and taking messages.
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the front of house, meeting rooms, and kitchen area.
Provide a professional welcome to all visitors.
Assist with mailroom tasks.
Manage refreshments for guests.
Book couriers.
Perform ad-hoc duties and support other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Experience as a Receptionist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A well-presented, outgoing personality.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
