Qualifications
Tailwind CSS - Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing responsive, custom-styled UIs
JavaScript Frameworks - Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Svelte (minimum of 3 years), with a focus on building dynamic and interactive UIs
Responsive Web Design - Strong understanding and practical experience in creating UIs that adapt seamlessly across devices
Reactive UI Development - Experience with reactive programming patterns and state management using tools such as Redux, Vuex, or similar (minimum 2 years)
Accessibility - Experience creating accessible UIs that meet WCAG standards
Cross-Browser Compatibility - Proven ability to create consistent experiences across multiple browsers
Debugging and Performance Tuning - Skills in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations, including in-browser debugging tools
Figma or Adobe XD
Experience with design tools to translate UX designs into functional UI
CSS Preprocessing - Familiarity with SASS/SCSS for modular and maintainable styles
