WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will have the opportunity to handle aluminum material within our high quality and reliable architectural finishing process. This could include packaging or crating material, racking parts, unloading parts off the line, sanding, shipping/receiving, painting, basic tack welding, operating overhead cranes, and any other duties as assigned. Specific positions may include Welder, Painter, Machine Operator, and Material Handler.

SALARY: Starting at $20/hour + up to $3/hour for premium shifts
When You Could Work
• 10 Hour Shift: Monday-Thursday
• 12 Hour Shift: 2-week rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days | off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days)
What You’ll Need
• Basic math, reading, & computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Be on your feet for 8-12 hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment
• Excellent attendance & performance records
• Able to work collaboratively with a team
