We are currently recruiting for Distance learning Functional Skills Tutors and Assessors for Flexible, remote working.
Your Responsibilities
As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will:
Develop and deliver engaging education programs that meet learner needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Support learners to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification
A track record of effective teaching in your subject specialism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Requirements
Be proficient in Maths and English
Assessor Award (e.g., CAVA, TAQA)
Experience in delivering Functional Skills and Learning Support.
