1. JOB PURPOSE

Provides financial information to Management by collecting, reviewing, and verifying from various sources.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

2.1 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

2.2 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting.

2.3 Good verbal and written communication skills

2.4 Well versed with accounting system.

3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

3.1 With other support functions like Logistics, Procurement, Internal audit, HR etc.

4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

4.1 Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

4.2 Support and communicate with all the relevant internal stakeholders with regards to their inquiries, concerns, and clarifications.

4.3 Monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts/Customer/Vendor/related party accounts with accounting system and report discrepancy, if any.

4.4 Recording of assets, liability revenue, expenses transactions and preparing necessary schedules/summaries for variance analysis.

4.5 Preparing Trial balance, Fixed assets register, schedule of prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, accrued Income etc.

4.6 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

4.7 Support the month-end activities by ensuring the timely completion of all related tasks.

4.8 Maintains proper accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

4.+ Resolving queries of Internal and external auditors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
