We are seeking an efficient and reliable Jr. Handy Person to join our Property Management Team. The Handy Man will be responsible for basic maintenance, including light carpentry, minor plumbing, patching and painting, finishing work and more.
At Complete Properties we are using technology to make our handyman services more effective and efficient and are looking for a team member confident in their abilities to access and work within the online portal/phone app.

Responsibilities:

Work on real estate properties.
Inspect properties prior to move in/out to assess required repairs
Some landscaping and yard work
Be detail oriented.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and tenants on site
Work in an organized manner.
Communicate effectively
Problem solving
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
