Support Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention of ProAmpac Employees while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
Support Vice-President in special projects (AOP, Budget/Planning, Financials Review etc.)
Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics
Administer learning management system and oversee training requirements are met for all new and existing team members
Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
Time Keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes/corrections - run payroll
Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
Provide support for ProAmpac Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• SHRM certifications a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
