About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Global Operations Director to lead our team in Indore, India. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and scale operations in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across diverse geographical locations.
• International Expansion: Coordinate and manage operations across multiple international locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of operations management experience, with a background in startups and/or international companies.
• Credentials: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Skillset: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in operational tools and platforms.
