Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level candidate for a full-time,
work-from-home position. This role is based in Indore, requiring a minimum of 1
year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be a part
of our customer service team, handling various responsibilities to ensure
client satisfaction and support.
Qualifications And Skills
Fresher to Experience (GRADUATE / 12TH PASS /UNDERGRADUATE )
Proficiency in handling customer queries and ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and
provide timely resolutions.
Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
and deliver on targets.
Familiarity with Customer Care Executive (CCE) roles and
responsibilities.
Experience in or knowledge of the local job markets in Indore and
Bhopal is a plus.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer service inquiries and provide accurate
and timely information.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior
management if necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by
the company.
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols
and procedures.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
delivery.
Continuously strive to improve the quality and efficiency of
customer support services.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer
satisfaction, issue resolution, and response times.
Customer support executive 6 days working,
1 rotational off- ROTATIONAL DAY SHIFT
Salary 18k CTC, 14.5k in hand
