Role: Graduate Document Review
Rate: £150 per day
Salary Compensation:
Equivalent Annual Salary: £2+,858.21
Agreed Contractor Rate: £114.84 (Post deduction of all employer costs)
Traditional Day Rate Equivalent: £150
You will be paid via PAYE
Location: London
Working Pattern: 5 days a week on client site, 0+:00 - 17:30 Monday through to Friday
Start Date: 1st of Feb 2025
Contract Length: Till the end of June 2025 (but with possible extension), Inside IR35 through an umbrella company

The selected individuals do not need previous work experience, as we are looking for people at the start of their career and first experience into legal & financial services. If you are successful with your application then you will be engaged as a Deloitte contractor and seconded to our investment banking client. The opportunity to work with Deloitte and a tier 1 investment bank will help support you with further career growth as we will provide you with thorough training and a solid grounding into an Investment Banking environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Supporting on-going and new project demands to support our clients global documentation team
• Carry-out administrative duties across a variety of processes that support analysing and reviewing legal documentation, extracting key terms and inputting into the banks systems
Skills & Background Needed:
• Degree in Law
• Soft-skills with the proven ability to work with a wide range of individuals and adaptation to different project demands
• Proactive personality (Internships, courses and work experience)
• Time management & punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
