Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic product design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and prototypes, as well as supporting product assembly and testing. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D CAD models using Autodesk Inventor software.
Generate manufacturing drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) compliance.
Coordinate with vendors to facilitate the manufacturing of parts and components.
Prototype the designed parts using various fabrication techniques and materials.
Provide support for product assembly and testing, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Collaborate with the product design team to achieve project design milestones and objectives.

Requirements

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Good presentation skills.
Should be able to travel for business purposes.
Proficiency in 3D modelling, engineering design, engineering drawing, MS Excel, mock-up, and prototyping.
Knowledge of product development lifecycle, Autodesk Inventor software, mechanical computer-aided design (MCAD), and engineering drawings.
Expected Qualification:
Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Freshers are eligible to apply
Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.

Benefits

During the 12-month training period, the salary will be INR 30,000 per month for candidates with a Master’s degree and INR 25,000 per month for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
Upon successful completion of training and a performance review, you will be offered full-time employment with an annual salary ranging from INR 4,50,000 to 6,50,000.
Exposure to emerging technologies.
Opportunity to travel to customer locations for deployment.
