About the Role
As part of our design team, you’ll craft visual identities and creative solutions for a wide range of projects - including websites, advertising, brochures, business stationery, exhibitions, signage and corporate branding. Your role is all about bringing brands to life through compelling design while ensuring that every piece of work aligns with the client's vision and goals. Key Responsibilities Include:
• Meeting with clients to understand their business objectives and design needs.
• Handling incoming inquiries professionally and proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate new business.
• Translating client needs into compelling concepts and creative solutions.
• Estimating project timelines and costs, ensuring clear communication with clients.
• Conducting research to develop insightful design strategies.
• Thinking outside the box to create fresh, innovative ideas while working within budget and time constraints.
• Producing high-quality, on-brand designs and ensuring that all files are production-ready.
• Managing key accounts, taking ownership of your portfolio of clients and overseeing all aspects of design and administration involved.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, software, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years experience in a design led workspace.
• Strong creative flair and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress with portfolio to support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience in the management of client accounts.
• Client presentation skills.
Ready to Apply?
If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, send us your CV, cover letter, and a portfolio of your work. We’d also love for you to answer these fun questions to give us a quick snapshot of you:
• If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
• You’re at an impromptu karaoke night - what’s your go-to song?
• If a movie was made about your life, who would play you and why?
