We are looking for casual Customer Service Officers to join our team.

Greyhound Australia are seeking confident customer service superstars to join our reservations team.
About The Role
Working in a team that is focused on maximising our customer experience, your role will include the following:
Providing consistently excellent customer service, in person and over the phone
Processing of travel enquiries and bookings with accuracy utilising software packages and booking systems
Building relationships within travel agents and looking for opportunities to support the growth of our brand.
Building rapport with walk in clients to leave a lasting, positive impression of Greyhound.
Converting customer enquiries into sales creating higher revenue and yield.
Explaining fare rules and route options to customers
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about communicating with diverse customers and proud to offer our Greyhound Services.
Ideally you will have customer call centre experience and be able to take a high volume of calls each day
Advanced computer skills and ability to learn and use a variety of software packages
Flexibility to work in our Travel and Call Centre
Flexibility to work a rotating roster e,g, different start and finish times to meet the needs of the business
Our Call Centre trading hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 5.30pm
Strong attention to detail
Customer centric personality
The ability to multitask while taking high level call volumes and responding to emails each day
Problem solving skills
The ability to quickly obtain knowledge of Greyhound fares, destinations and booking processes
The ability to communicate with a high level of effective written and interpersonal skills
A preparedness to take initiative and drive strong results
