Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
Manage room assignments and key cards
Process payments and handle guest billing
Requirements
1+ year of experience in hotel operations or customer service
Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
