• Handling customers’ complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
• Should possess detailed information about the mall.
• Detailed information regarding brands and their location.
• Providing excellent customer service as per mall standards.
• Greeting guests as they come or approach you.
• Providing information regarding the brand location, mall Services, events & activities etc.
• Collect customer’s feedback during mall operational hours along with his likes and dislikes.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Perform basic CRE activities as required.
• Must be focused and a team player.
• Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
• Follow the mall rules and policies laid down by the management.
• Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
• A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
