The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. If you live and breathe content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement — and want to work somewhere that genuinely changes lives — this is your opportunity.
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead our digital presence across search engines and social platforms. You’ll craft content that speaks to both parents and students, optimise our website visibility, and build a brand that families trust.
What You'll Do
SEO Leadership:
Manage our SEO marketing partner and help deliver a brand new website (using web flow).
Drive organic traffic through technical SEO, backlink building, and keyword optimisation.
Audit and optimise website content for search performance.
Track keyword performance and iterate strategy based on analytic.
Content & Copywriting
Create and manage blog content, landing pages, parent resources, and tutor insights
Collaborate with the founder to tell compelling brand stories that differentiate Modedu.
Social Media Strategy and Google Ads
Build a consistent and engaging content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google.
Design reels, posts, and stories that educate and excite
Grow our social following and engagement organically through storytelling and smart positioning
Analytics & Reporting
Report on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), traffic sources, social performance
Make data-driven recommendations to refine content, improve reach, and increase signups
What Success Looks Like
Increase organic traffic by 30% within 3 months
Deliver 5+ high-quality content pieces monthly
Grow social audience by 10% month-on-month
Achieve minimum of 15 MQLs monthly from inbound channels
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution (ideally in EdTech or services-based industries)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience managing and growing social media accounts
Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Trello, Mailchimp, Webflow and Excel.
Ability to work autonomously, be accountable, and communicate proactively
Bonus: familiarity with education, tutoring, or parent-focused audiences
