Our client, KidsCan, is seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Partnerships, Fundraising & Individual Giving to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's lives across New Zealand by maximising income through corporate partnerships, events, fundraising initiatives, and individual giving. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, excel in building strong relationships that drive revenue growth, and lead strategic initiatives.


What you'll do:

As the Head of Partnerships, Fundraising & Individual Giving at KidsCan, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for this leading not-for-profit organisation. Your primary focus will be on maximising income through corporate partnerships, events, fundraising initiatives, and individual giving. You will provide inspirational leadership to your team while fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to unite diverse teams under common goals will be key to your success in this role.

* Provide leadership and guidance to the Partnerships, Fundraising, and Individual Giving teams
* Unite the fundraising, partnership and individual giving teams by leading the development and implementation of customer growth strategies
* Represent KidsCan externally at events and functions when required
* Drive revenue through collaboration amongst the teams and identify new opportunities
* Provide management and coaching to direct reports
* Champion the use of NetSuite and Raiser's Edge CRM systems
* Provide detailed monthly reports on performance metrics
* Lead the team planning process for annual strategies and budgets

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* Proven track record in developing successful strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple streams
* Strong leadership skills with experience leading diverse senior teams
* Strong financial management skills with experience leading planning and budgeting processes
* Strong business acumen with ability to develop strategic customer and growth plans
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
