Job Title: Head of Sales

Reports to: Founder

Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Head of Sales is a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing and converting incoming leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and scaling sales operations at Biotastic Health Systems.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in product-based or luxury markets. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven mindset to analyze sales trends and make strategic adjustments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers understand the value of our premium saunas and chillers, designed for both residential and commercial use. This involves creating tailored solutions, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products, and delivering a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management and Conversion: Handle and prioritize all incoming leads, engage with them through calls, emails, and meetings, and present tailored solutions to convert leads into closed sales.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive product demand, create personalized proposals and pricing plans, and stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
• Team Leadership and Performance: Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, set clear individual and team sales targets, and establish a system of accountability through regular performance reviews.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional pre- and post-sale support, implement a structured system to capture and respond to customer feedback, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track all sales activities in the CRM system, provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Founder, highlighting leads generated, contacted, and converted, sales revenue achieved versus targets, and customer feedback and identified challenges.
