Responsibilities
Manage and oversee sales functions for the Construction and Roofing Divisions
Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review construction and roofing sales opportunities
Conduct site visits as needed for sales team to monitor and teach
Conduct weekly performance reviews (GSRs) for sales team and develop plans for unfavorable KPI numbers
Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
Set up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e., “Lunch and Learns”, trade association events, etc.)
Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
Plan and oversee onboarding for new team members
Forecast leads, estimates, and sales by tracking and analyzing KPI
Develop and implement Sales Training Procedures for Sales team
Attend trade shows and actively participate in local organizations such as FRSA, RCASF, NRCA, BOMA (multiple chapters), ICSC, IFMA, FHEA
Maintain a positive relationship with the Sales team
