Role Overview:

As a Strategy and Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing podcast proposals, managing client communication, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. You will coordinate internal operations to meet client expectations, streamline workflows, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

- Research, create, and present compelling podcast proposals tailored to client needs.

- Develop innovative strategies to enhance podcast content and reach targeted audiences.

- Client Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.

- Gather client feedback and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

- Prepare client updates and reports on project status and performance.

Operations Management:

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of podcast projects.

- Develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency in client deliveries.

- Monitor project milestones, resolve operational challenges, and manage resources effectively.

Strategy Development:

- Work with leadership to create strategies that improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

- Identify new opportunities for growth and client engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in operations, strategy, or client management roles.

- Experience with podcasting, content creation, or digital media is a plus.

- Strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
