Head Of Warehouse

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our award-winning food brand in Waltham Cross. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management within the food industry and be happy to work a rotational shift including Sundays.

Salary: Circa 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Coaching and mentoring team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to enhance departmental performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Warehouse Management within the food industry.
Strong people management skills.
Experience working with Meat/Fish products is highly desirable.
