The role entails growing the corporate salary business by developing strategies to acquire accounts of the top 200 corporates (with a focus on IT, ITES, Next Gen, E-commerce businesses) and managing existing relationships through the delivery of high quality product propositions. It involves close collaboration with product (savings product, retail assets products), cross sell and marketing teams to develop customised programs and marketing campaigns to deepen wallet share of B2C customers. The role will devise the overall portfolio strategy for business and monitor portfolio performance. It has a P&L responsibility contributing to the larger retail banking objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive growth in corporate salary portfolio by acquiring strategic accounts and deepening relationships with existing corporates Build key relationships with senior leaders in Corporates Develop customised product programs/bundles for target corporates in collaboration with savings product, wealth products, retail asset products and cross sell teams Envisage data driven marketing campaigns to drive both B2B & B2C customer acquisition, deepen wallet share through cross sell initiatives and build up brand recall for corporate salary clients Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring of key parameters (profitability, ticket size, competitor metrics) across corporate accounts/segments and undertake course correction decisions. Develop an in-depth understanding of the market for corporate salary (market structure, key segments, client preferences, competitor offerings etc.) so as to execute business development activities, acquire new clients and retain existing clients Ensure sales enablement through disbursement of cutting edge analytics insights, training and upskilling to enable them to increase their productivity Collaborate with the Platforms Head and Head of Retail Ops to facilitate seamless customer experiences through leading technologies and efficiencies Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the business and ensure the adherence to internal/regulatory compliances in all activities
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Champion the IDFC First's customer centric culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight Champion the use of data analytics to power up propositions to the corporate salary accounts Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
