Job Summary:
We are seeking a growth-focused leader with over 15 years of experience in IT, presales, and consulting to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful practices and partnerships. They will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and delivering results through strategic collaborations. This role demands a strong understanding of the IT sales lifecycle, business development, and digital transformation, alongside the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: - Practice and Partnership Development: - Lead and scale Technology practice from inception, collaborating with Business Leads to achieve revenue milestones. - Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with platform vendors to drive business contributions.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion: - Drive business unit growth strategy,
- Lead presales efforts, achieving product demonstrations and persuasive proposals.
- Team Leadership & Client Engagement: - Lead and mentor high-performing teams, developing expertise in B2B Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and cultivating relationships with C-suite executives.
- Deliver impactful C-level presentations and orchestrate strategic client visits to showcase business capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: 15+ years of IT experience, with a focus on consulting, presales, and business development. –
Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and successfully scale practices.
- Business Acumen: Skilled in commercial modelling, financial forecasting, and developing innovative pricing models to drive revenue.
- Strategic Partnerships: Proven ability to forge strong relationships with partners and clients, particularly within B2B sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-level executives.
Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in consulting firms or IT services organizations (IT and SaaS-based organizations e.g. Nagarro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Darwin, People Strong, HROne).
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects in a Domestic and global context.
