Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) team as a Programme Delivery District Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage infrastructure programmes and projects within approved timelines.
Lead, mentor, and coach professional project managers and team members.
Identify and acquire construction project resources, oversee project Health and Safety, risk, and quality control.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of fit-for-purpose healthcare amenities, aligning with local, regional, and national programmes. They will also establish and maintain high-level relationships with stakeholders and governance groups.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading portfolios/multiple programmes of work.
Relevant professional qualification and strong knowledge of construction programme and project management.
Experience in a Te Ao Māori environment and understanding Tikanga Māori.
