We are looking for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to lead our HSEQ functions in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) by advising, planning, and executing safety and quality procedures in our culture. This is a pivotal role which will see the incumbent liaising and advising senior stakeholders and peers to ensure safety and quality is embedded in our culture, whilst establishing long term strategies for execution and control.

Key Duties:
Lead and direct all Environment, Health Safety (EHS) and Quality initiatives.

Develop and enhance the EHS and Quality function by coaching, mentoring, and fostering a safety and quality culture.

Partner with business leaders to provide specialist advice, coaching, and support, enabling managers and employees to take accountability for EHS and Quality.

Advise Operations Manager and Senior Leaders on high-risk EHS and Quality impacts.

Develop and implement long-term EHS and Quality strategies to enhance EHS and Quality programs and performance.

Ensure compliance with ISO+001, ISO45001, ISO14001,

Lead cross-functional teams to embed EHS and Quality initiatives, such as safety committees and internal audits.

Manage the EHS and Quality audit program and integrate identified issues into business and site plans.

Support and train management to ensure compliance with EHS and Quality regulations and company standards.

Conduct EHS and Quality training needs analysis and develop training programs to address these needs.

Qualifications:
Certificate in Level 4 occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental discipline preferred.

7+ years of experience in HSEQ management, with a focus on compliance management and employee training.

Experience with ISO+001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems.

Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation and best practices in the electrical or construction industry.

Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
