You Are

A people-person who lights up a room, effortlessly warm and charming, never awkward
Sharp, polished, and always looking the part in medical scrubs (this isn’t jeans and t-shirt territory)
Trained in hospitality or service with strong sales experience (restaurant servers who upsell with ease — this is your moment)
Unflappable under pressure: you thrive in chaos, never freeze, and handle multitasking like a pro
Coachable but confident: you're hungry to learn, take initiative, and welcome feedback like gold
Tech-savvy, organized, and obsessed with keeping calendars, emails, and patient records tidy and on point
Able to handle the admin side like a boss: follow-ups, recalls, inventory, client notes, before/after photos, laundry — yes, laundry. We’re all hands on deck.
You Will Be

The face and first impression of Hope Cosmetics: greeting every client with warmth and confidence
The sales connector: recommending treatments, memberships, and products to help clients achieve their goals
A solutions expert: turning “browsing” clients into booked appointments
A policy enforcer: handling last-minute cancellations with professionalism (our 48-hour policy applies — with grace)
A social media assistant: helping manage DMs, online booking inquiries, and engaging with followers
A client care coordinator: from hot towels to drink service, getting slippers and coats, you elevate the experience start to finish

Can talk skincare and injectables with confidence (or will after shadowing Hope)
Understand what makes a medspa luxurious — and how to embody that in everything you do
Have experience sending marketing emails, client education emails, and organizing product/service promos
