• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with significant experience in managing complex projects.
• Expertise in structural analysis and design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, structural design principles, and engineering standards.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
