We’re building a remote first, high-performance marketing agency focused exclusively on helping D2C brands scale with performance-driven growth strategies.
Our model is lean, efficient, and built to serve clients generating serious revenue who are ready to accelerate. This is not a freelancer collective. It’s the foundation of a long-term, scalable business with high value clients.

Stage: Early core team formation
Open Roles:
1. Paid Media Specialist
You should have experience running and scaling ad campaigns for eCommerce/D2C brands. You understand CAC, ROAS, funnel architecture, and can manage budgets across platforms while delivering predictable results.
2. SEO Lead
You should be capable of owning end-to-end SEO for D2C brands from technical site audits to content strategy and link-building. You’re comfortable working on both content-heavy and product-driven sites.
3. Web Designer / Developer
You understand what makes a high-converting eCommerce landing page. You can work on Shopify, Webflow, or headless frameworks. You value design and performance equally and understand user flow and optimization.
4. Social Media Strategist
You know how to develop and execute content strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You have a sharp sense for positioning and storytelling, and you know how to build an audience and drive brand engagement.

Compensation:
These are founding partner roles, not fixed-salary jobs. Compensation is structured as revenue share per client based on the scope you handle.
There is no upfront salary. As we grow, you’ll earn directly from client retainers. As client count and retainers grow, so does your incomewith optional performance bonuses and potential equity models discussed over time.
