Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Home Fashion Merchandising Expert to join Idea Nuova, Inc. as part of our soft home product team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our product line, developing new product ideas, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in home fashion merchandising or product development, strong knowledge of the home decor industry and market trends, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and quality.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage product development calendars
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new product ideas
• Source and evaluate new materials, trims, and prints
• Conduct market research to stay current on trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new collections.
