Responsibilities

A successful Home Health-care Aide provides personal care services under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
Ability to follow a care plan
Meal preparation/feeding
Laundry
Light Housekeeping
Knows and follows infection control policies including proper hand washing techniques
Reports any observed or reported changes in the client’s condition and/or needs to the Registered Nurse
Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client’s records
Completes the appropriate records to document cares given and pertinent observations
Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients by observing infection control practices, following agency guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to the Supervisor/Case Manager
Demonstrates safe practice in the use of equipment
Does not use equipment until orientation has been provided
Notifies supervisor of educational needs
Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports, participation in staff meetings, and team conferences, as requested
Treats patients and families with respect
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
Accepts and fulfills assignments with the agency
Exercise good judgment in accepting assignments
Participates in required in-service programs to meet compliance requirements
Identifies learning needs to agency supervisor
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
This includes specifications of contracted agencies for which services are being provided

Part time - Monday-Sunday 8am-11am
As an In Home Aide with Your Home Court Advantage, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our patients by providing assistance with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
