Happy Homestay is seeking a highly organised people person to manage our international student homestay placements. You will manage relationships with our partner schools and host families, match students with great families, and recruit and ensure compliance of high-quality host families. This role also requires experience with excel, Xero, and managing invoicing. You must have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written), be able to cope under pressure, and be a problem solver. This position gives you the freedom to work from home, but as most of our clients are Auckland-based we need you to be based in Auckland and able to visit schools and families across the region as required.

This position is 35 hours per week.
