Job Title: Hospital Housekeeping

Reporting To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Facility Manager
Job Summary:
Renaissance Healthcare and Living Spaces is hiring responsible and hardworking individuals for the position of Hospital Housekeeping. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across the hospital premises to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, ICUs, wards, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
Follow strict infection control protocols and hygiene standards.
Collect and dispose of general and biomedical waste as per hospital norms.
Replace bed linens and maintain cleanliness of patient areas.
Use hospital-approved cleaning materials and equipment safely.
Respond promptly to spills and emergency cleaning requirements.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Maintain respectful and professional behavior toward patients and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10th or 12th grade pass (preferred)
Experience in hospital or institutional housekeeping (preferred)
Willingness to undergo training in hospital cleaning and safety
Skills Required:
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Physical stamina and fitness
Teamwork and time management skills
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
Hospital environment with protective gear
Exposure to chemicals and medical waste
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹18,000.25 per month
