Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Pavilius Management Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in various care settings, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to individuals in care homes and assisted living environments.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support individuals with diverse needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain care plans.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of care home and assisted living practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
Basic first aid certification is desirable but not mandatory.
