Job Overview
The Pierre, a Taj Hotel, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the front office team and deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with our Forbes Five Star standards.
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operation, including staff supervision, guest interactions, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during their stay.
